    Before divorce if the husband grab the children what is the procedure of law
    A wife stays alone with children, but the husband grab the children, the lady is alone with our children in this situation what is the justice. How the wife will get the children from the husband.

    In the US, the women files in court for an emergancy child custody hearing to determine who should have the child.
    *** why are we assuming dad will not get custody ?
