    Unemployment laws/Indiana
    Is there a problem with me receiving disability back pay and unemployment for the same times. I looked and applied every week liked they asked.

    You will need to ask if you have to claim this as income for that week. I doubt it, since it was income for prior weeks, unless you were receiving unemployment for the weeks that this pay is covering
