    How to sell house without co-owner
    My wife and I own a house what we want to sell. She is going to be away for a while and I have to sell by my-self. What kind of paper/s does she need to prepare to give me permission to sell the house?

    She needs to execute a special power of attorney, giving you the power to sign everything necessary or helpful to sell the property. Get it approved by your title company before she leaves.
