    Probation violation consequences
    My boyfriend just got arrested a few days ago for violationg his probation by failing a drug test for marijuana. His probation officer said she would testify for him in court and put in a good word for him because he has done everything they have asked of him by taking all the classes required early, keeping up with all his fees and doing his community service. Do you think they will revoke his probation , or give him a secong chance? He has never messed up before this is his first little screw up while on probation.

    Had to say, normally first time, they do time served waiting on hearing and give a second chance with closer drug testing.

    Of course he is not doing "everything" since he is still using drugs knowing he will be tested
