    Install a new Thermostat
    I have a Maple Chase Thermostat. I want to change to a Honeywell but I could not get it to work. Here is the wire information.
    C R Y2 G W2 O B (This is on the Maple Chase Thermostat)
    Bl R Y G Wh O Br ( these are the wire color connected to the Maple Chase)


    L Y2 W2 G W C Y R RC ( Honeywell wire post) R and Rc are jumped
    Aux/E O/B

I need help to install new thermostat [ 3 Answers ]

I have York brad manual thermostat. I bought a Honeywell RTH230B digital. York has 6 wires which labeled as O,R,W,Y,G,B(blue). Honeywell has 5 labeled as Rh,Rc, Y,W, and G. Also Rh and Rc are jumped . What is the right way to connect the new one? Y, W, and G are okay. Thanks for the help....
