    Honeywell RTH3100C
Am replacing a failed Honeywell T8411R(2) with the 3100C. The wiring for the old unit was as follows:
    G-green wire
    C-brown wire
    R-red wire
    Y/W1-yellow wire (had a jumper)
    E/W2-white wire (had a jumper)
    B-blue wire

    Wired the 3100 as flollow:
    E-white wire
    Aux-yellow wire
    Y-no wire
    G-green wire
    O-no wire
    L-no wire
    R-red wire
    B-blue wire
    C-brown wire

Here's the problem: When the 3100 is wired as shown above the Aux Heat does not functions even though the message appears on the thermostat. When I jump the E and Aux as suggested in the manual the Aux works but the fan then runs constantly even when set temp is reached. What am I doing wrong?
