Kenmore elite dishwasher cycle lasts 3 hours when is should be 88 minutes

I have turned up the hot water heater to 150 degrees. I have run warm water before starting dishwasher. Dishes are clean. Another expert said it was a control panel but the cycles work, it just takes a long time.
