    State work force office, Ireland
I am a foreigner (from asian origine0 desirous of working in Ireland. My questions are: Can I apply for an independent work permit from abroad in your 'state work Force office'? What are the papers required to file a 'an independent work permit's application'? (can an applicant download an application and submit it via email?) How much do I need to pay as filing procedure fee?

Contact the concern authority directly for more details. Government jobs in every countries recruit only citizens, not aliens.
