    Location of heat cycle swith in condo aircondition unit
    Heat does not flow out of condo air condition unit when cycled off "cool" cycle.

    Agree with hvac1000.

    I'll add: Sometimes the condo sets the mode for the entire complex. The complex units either cools or is off or it heats and is off. The condo may select whether heat or cool is permitted and is adjusted seasonally.
