I am pregnant to be exact 3 months and ill wake up and have a little blood in my underwear does this mean I have lost the baby or not?

It does not mean that you have lost it, sometimes it just happends, like you can have your period the first or second month but still be pregnant. However if you start having stomach pains that is a REALLY bad sign. Trust your instincts you will know what is a bad pain or not. I had my first miscarriage a few months ago and I just knew that it was not a good thing. You should also be looking into starting your OB care soon too and asking your doctor these questions will help put your mind at ease. Good luck.
