I was repeatedly sexually abused starting in approximately 1964. Is it too late to bring a criminal charge against the perpetrator?

I wouldn't think so; they have loads of sexual assault cases that are brought up from decades ago. The problem is that now, there is no physical evidence that it happened. Is there someone else who can testify that they also were abused or that they knew of the abuse?

There is no SOL on indictable offenses in Canada, which would include sexual abuse.

But This is right, 45 years later, unless you have ironclad proof of the abuse I doubt if any prosecutor would agree to prosecute.
