    Trouble shoot heating units
    Hello
    My unit outside is not coming on because the fan is frozen.
    Can I pour hot water on it to unfreeze.

    Turn off the power and let it thaw out. Sometimes hot water will eventually freeze and make the problem worse but at this point you might try it.
