    Correct heat strips for Ohio
    I have a 2.5ton heat pump with a 3ton air handler.
    I have 20kw heat strips.
I can't get my house above 65 even on emergency heat.
It is 15deg outside but I still should be able to warm my house.
    What's up?
    Thanks
    Howard

20 KW is a huge heater. I would feel that one or more of the heat strips have failed and need to be rewired or replaced.
