Are you getting spark at any plug? If it is just the number one plug and not any others, check the continuity of the number one wire. You can do this by disconecting the number one wire at the plug and coil pack, and checking for infinity ohms. To check for infinity ohms, place one lead of an ammeter on one end of the wire, and the second lead at the other. Place the dial of an ammeter to ohms, lowest setting, and observe the ohms reading. If it does not read, you have a split in you wire. Replace the wire, and all should be fine.
If you have no spark at one and three wires, or whichever wires your coil pack is covering, it is your coil pack that needs to be replaced. If you have no spark at any plug, check for a loose wire, possible ground. If its not a wire, it could be a timing belt/chain issue.
