We just installed this thermostat according to the instructions and have found that the fan continues to blow air even though the unit has reached the desired temperature, sometimes for over an hour. Please advise what can be done to correct this problem. Thank you!

Revisit the thermostat install and check for possible shorted thermostat wiring. Then check setup for imput. Then do the G wire test. Remove G wire from terminal strip in the indoor unit and run test. If fan does not run on it is a wiring or stat problem.
