I have a friend named jake .he is kind of a bad boy and I'm a straight A student who wears the plad skirts and knee socks like I go to a priviate school and has not yet hit puberty so I'm flat as a board. Latley he has been acting weird he joind chourus, gave up a part in the school play voulenteer with me and he even asked me out. Im the kind of girl that tutors stupid kids after school and nrver gets asked out.So as you may be able to tell this was my the first time being asked out. I'm only in 7th grtade but I really like him.he makes me feel special he walkes me to my bus every day or to the high school for bowling practice,he stands with me waiting for my mom to pick me up. Its like... he really does like me. Shoulsdi say yes even though iits "forbiden love" (im not allowed to date yet)HELP!! -jenna

Love is commitment, trust, respect, willingness to give your life for someone. Romantic feelings do not equal love, as feelings DO NOT last. Love is a verb. Love is a choice. You do not love this boy. On top of that, you are too young to be dating. By all means, be friends with guys and hang out with them- but don't go any farther than that. You are WAY too young to date. If you decide to date anyway, expect heartbreak to be coming your way. (after all, you described the guy as a 'bad boy' and said that you have a sexual preference... )
