    May truck is getting too much gas.
    1997 chevy 1500 v6.won't start getting too much gas has spark has correct fuel pressure won't start?new fuel pump new injector's.

    Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM). It appears there's too much fuel, but the real problem is with the ignition system. Since the ICM is bad, the engine does not fire when the ECM wants it to. 90%+ of all crank but won't start situations are electrical-related, not fuel. My bet is that if you replace the ICM, the truck will immediately start. Simple 5 minute job.

    Maybe ignition coil? Or a spark plug?
