    Hi,
    I do not know if you have the bad manual which is at:
    http://www.harborfreight.com/manuals...6999/96687.pdf
    But as far as angles, I find that 25 dulls slower ut is less aggressive, 30 is average and 35 is aggressive but not for lasting sharpness,
