    Only warm water from taps
    Hi,
Complete novice speaking here so please be gentle! I have a potterton boiler downstairs and a hot water tank in my airing cupboard. My central heating is working OK, but I only have warm water running from the hot taps. I have checked the small tank up in the loft which has water in it and the ball valve is free. Thinking it maybe the diverter valve as the little lever at the bottom makes no difference to anything. Any Help greatly welcome! Thanks
