    I don't see the problem in carrying that amount of cash, if you really want to ask for trouble. You may have a problem though putting it back in a bank and explaining where that amount of money came from. You will have to pay taxes on it.

    Simply carrying money isn't reported to anyone until the money is found. So what's the question ?
