    Sore gums and sensitive teeth
A few months ago I had a gum infection the dentist called a hot tooth. He pulled the tooth. Later I had another tooth pulled on other side. My gums are receding. I took two rounds of antibiotic for sinus infection and also, took prednisone. My gums are sore and teeth very sensitive. Don't understand why this is still going on.

It's best to let your dentist re-examine you again.

Jb, it sounds like you need a good dental cleaning. Use Sensodyne toothpaste if you are having sensitivity. If the sensitivity is to temperature use SensodyneF if the sensitivity is to touch use regular Sensodyne(pink tube).
