my muscules are sore
My muscles are really sore. I've been playing with my Wii all night and I was playig boxing. All night I was, now every time I move my arms it is really sore. It took me about 5 minutes just to write that, and I had to press backspace at least 30 times. My sister once told me that the reason your muscules are like that is because they ripped and once they grow back they are 2x stronger. Is she right? iif so, how do I grow the muscule back faster.. AND HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS PAIN!!

You have to stretch your muscles before and after doing any kind of exercise that you don't normally do with your arms. If you don't do this while playing the wii a lot your muscles might become more bulky. Stretching them allows them to be more lean. To get rid of the pain start stretching and stop playing wii for a while. Taking a tylenol or motrin might help too. |

Usually every month before my period my breasts will get very sore 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before my period. This month my breasts are not sore at all and my period is due 1 week from today? This is very odd for me... could there be a chance I am pregnant?:confused:
