Illegal bailiff seizure and british columbia
What paperwork does a bailiff need to seize a vehicle for repairs done to it. Can they come without a court order or approval?

Please help and if so, (as our vehicle was taken from private property with no paperwork), how do we get it back asap. It is a commercial vehicle and we don't need any more legal bills, so where do we go. We are in Aldergrove, B.C.

    Hello champ

Here in the US, he'd need a judgment (court order), and he wouldn't need to show it to you.

Were you sued? Did you not know about it? Did you not go to court? You certainly knew there was a dispute and who it was with.
