    3 wire thermostat
    I am trying replace my old honeywell 3 wire thermostat with a programmable honey well RTH6300B. I am unable to match the wires. The wire coming out of the wall are stripped red , stripped blue and white. The old set up is

    R- Red
    White - Y
    Blue - W.

    The heating system is gas with steam. Need help

    Red - R
    Blue - Y
