    My baby father wants to change her last name to his but I don't want to
    Can my baby daddy change my baby last name after she have mine?will a judge grant him that even though I don't want to?

    What reason do you have to not want your baby to have his last name? Are you still together? Along with that he will need to sign a recognition of parentage or have his name on the birth certificate if it is not already there. Have you discussed child support?

    It will at the end of the day be up to the judge, assuming you are not married normally you have the final say.

    He will of course get visits, and even joint custody if he wanted
