    Does oatmeal make you breast milk come in more
    Some times my breast don't feel like they are full of milk. I pump at work at 10, 12, and 3. Each time it seems like there isn't enough milk coming out. I get maybe 2oz on each breast. Is there anything that I can do or take the will increase the milk?

    Fenugreek capsules from the Health Food Store help increase lactation. Pumping usually doesn't get as much milk as the baby would when suckling, though. You may not be able to produce too much more by just pumping.
