    Panic attacks
I need a little advice on panic attacks-

I have pretty horrid panic attacks. Sometimes it's very hard to leave my house, but I am need to fly in the next month. I am very worried about having a attack on the plane. Does anyone has any advice how to maybe stay calm if I start to experince one while I am on the plane or in a strange city

Thanks for any input on this

    Hi, tam_paint!

Are you currently taking any medication for anxiety, please?

    Hi again, tam_paint!

Have you told your physician about them, then? I too, have had very severe panic attacks. My physician put me on medication for awhile for them. That seemed to provide some relief.

One thing that happens to me when I'm having a panic attack, is that I tend to not breathe as much. Does that happen to you?

    Thanks!
