There is this book that I read many years ago.

It's about a princess, who goes off on a long journey to save her deing sister.
She has magic boots that can leap her far away. And a magic map. And a magic telescope, to check on her deing sister when need be. And things of that nature.
AT her castle there is a majic man who shows her this hollogram-type vison of her and in the book it say something like "and the girl blinked too much like i do."
(im odd and can only remember specific details from the book)
And then when the princess is off on this journey she is caught by a female dragon and the dragon uses the telescope to see the captured princess's deing sister. The dragon says something like "she isn't like you. She is beautiful. Not to say you aren't beautiful too."
And that's the last part I remember.


I apologize for not having names, and I really need the title of this book, I'm starting to think I made the whole book up. Please help me?
