    Can I wait for the fall enrollment if my opt expires on may
    Hi
    I am graduated in may 2009 and used my opt. my opt expires on may 2010. I am planning to enroll new university from fall sesson of 2010.J have nepali citizenship. How can I get to do that Will I be out of status till that time? If I 20 is issued for fall session can I wait then till fall to enroll?

    Contact the school first... better do this before OPT expires. Though grace period may apply but many schools don't take you in if OPT already expired.
