    Can stress makes your periods different
    Hi There,
    I am worried as I have not had a normal period this month! I am usually regular, but this time I have had a lot of stress in my life, could this be delaying my periods from coming, all I am having is light brown discharge no blood! Was sexually active but had sex only a week ago not protected! Surely it can't be inplantation bleeding this early on if I am pregnant?
    Please help!

    Stress can definitely affect your period and make it late... or not come at all... or change your cycle. Ginger root (sliced thin) steeped in hot water (like tea) helps to bring on a "stuck" period. Ginger root is a female tonic and is really good for you.
