When I was looking for my part for my furnace I could not find it, so I called the (877) parts number and the parts department helped me find what I needed and shipped it to me right away with installation instructions. WOW, this is a great service and I am telling everyone! I saved about $300.00 calling AskaRepairTech.com first instead of calling my local Heating guy out. They also offer IN HOME SERVICE in most areas at a reduced rate and all part prices are sold to you at contractor pricing. No more wondering if you are paying too much for parts, service or installation of a new furnace or A/C...

This, I suppose is good/nice. But askme help desk tries to help people as best they can with sometimes/many times not enough or not complete information,, but the records show many people are happy with them.
they don`t charge anyone a penny ,and anyone that believes that they can buy parts at contractor pricing are being (shucked and jived)
