    If a dna test is requested, how much does it cost and who has to pay?
    I'm pregnant and not sure if the father is my husband

    Don't know how much it cost, bu the person who requests it, has to pay.

    You can request that the father pay for it if he is proven to be the father in the court paper work. You have to use labs approved by the court. They judge may allow but may also say you needed to pay for it
