    Contract payment to L 1 Visa Holder
    Contract payment made by Indian Company in India in Indian Rupees to L 1 Visa Holder sent to US is taxable in India? (Payment is made in India but services being rendered in US)

    Generally, and under treaty, income from services is taxed where the service is performed.
