I am a father of a 8yrs old boy who lives in mass. The mother relocated to Florida with child for 4yrs now. She continues not to hold up her part of the parenting schedule, not bring him for summer breaks, winter breaks, and even on one occasion denied me from picking him up from her house in Florida after I had driven down to pick him up. The courts tries to add time on other visits, but it the space between that's too far. I had joint legal custody, what are my rights?

Did you go to court before she moved ? Have you taken her back for contempt ?

Right to take her back to court and try and get the court to hold her in contempt

Right to file to take custody if you think you have a chance.

Right to file for other and additional visits.
