    Leaking garage floor
    I have water coming in under the base boards in the garage, it appears to come from any wall that is connected with the outside (the walls connected to the house are dry). I don't know who I should call to look at this or if it's a do it yourself job? There is a small gap btween the baseboard and the cement floor. This happens after heavy rain usually. Any info is appreciated.

    Does this garage have gutters to drain off accumulated rain? Sounds like this is what you are getting
