    Medicare tax refund
    Hi,

    I am working in US on H1B Visa. I worked in US in 2006-07 and went back to my country.
    In 2009, I again came US and again will be going back to my Country in earliy 2010.

    I filed all my returns for 2006 & 2007 as well. And now will be filing for 2009.

    I want to know, is there any process by which I can claim my Social Security Tax & Medicare Tax which my employer withheld while giving me Salary?

    If yes, can I claim my SS Tax & Medicare which I paid in 2006 & 2007 as well?
