Only get hot water from the tap
When the kitchen faucet is turned on (faucet set to cold) ONLY hot water comes out... the faucet usually takes a while to warm up when moved from cold to hot... nothing but HOT is coming out... while set on either hot or cold... the current outside temp is 25 degrees...
