    Should I see a doctor
    A section of surface skin, about

    1 square cm, was cut from the

    Inside of my thumb in a freak

    Accident. Bandaged and

    Antibiotic cream done at home.

    However, 24 hours later, I still

    Have a point bleeder. Diabetic

    (under control) over 60.

    Should I seek medical help?

    As a diabetic you should be aware you are susceptible to gangrene in extremeties, even if your diabetes is under control. That sounds like a serious injury, yes, I would seek medical assistance just so you know how to treat it in case of infection. Good luck.\
