    How to add my name on my house
    Hello
    I have been living with my husband for 14 yrs but we been married for 4 years. We brought the house together but my name is not on the deed? How can I add my name on it

    You posted a question on divorce, so if you are in the middle of the divorce you don't at this point, you file for divorce and if the judge awards you the house, he will have to deed it over to you as part of the divorce.

    If you are not in a divorce, he would add you though a quick claim deed
    Very simple but I would have an attorney do the deed.
