    Swelling everywhere when traveling
    Help hiked 20miles,at 10000 feet was fine then about two days later started to swell in my calves by the time I flew home my calves felt like they were going to split then I became swollen all over,I want to do everything to avoid this from happing again.

    Are you still swollen? The first thing in figuring out how to prevent it is figuring out why it happened. Have you seen a dr yet?
