    Renting from yourself as part of a combined ownership
    My siblings & I own a home together. I will be living there and paying the mortgage & insurances. Is there a standard template for manikg such an agreement?

    You are part owner, you are not renting from yourself, unless the property is owned by a corporation that you own and you "rent" from that company.

    You are part owner. You may 'rent" in some terms the part of the home the children own.
