    Cooling in summers by trane heat pump is not below 20
    Hi I had new hear pump from trane about 6 months ago.in summers our inside home temp never goes down from 20... what can be the problem

    When the problem was first noticed you should have called the installer (call him now),could be one or more problems low on or too much refrigerant,, unit to small, not enough return, dirty evaporater coil,, this is just a start
