    I need to find out who owns a property in nickerson Kansas on blue springs rd
    I located a vacant house on Blue Springs Rd. I don't know if it is in Nickerson Kansas or it's location is Sterling ks. I would like to find out who owns it or what's going on with it because I am interested in it to buy if it is for sale

    You can go
    1. to the recorder of deeds and find out who owns the house and if there are any liens on it.

    2. go to the property tax department and find out who is paying the taxes and if there are back taxes due
