    Twin replaces dead brother as spy
    Ok this movie would be from the late 90s early 00s. I remember this guy is some kind of secret agent and gets killed, well he has a twin brother so they find him and train him to replace his brother on a mission. And there is some sort of briefcase or something that can only be opened by scanning his eye, so they take him hostage and threaten to cut off his eyelid to get into it. Please help!
