    In txs can a repo person come into a locked gate and take the auto
    Called and made a payment over the phone and the custmer svc rep told me that cause I called so early that the payment would be pulled that same day Friday well guess what they didn't and I spent some money and come to find out the car payment wasn't pulled until Tuesday and there wasn't enough money in the acct so now can they come on to my property behind a locked gate and get my car cause on Friday I can wire them some money

    OK, if you paid them, then you have to balance a check book and know how much money there is to spend, That is not their problem, if they had waited two weeks to draw the money, you have to know it is not there.

    They will not be as nice or likely to deal with after they get a bounce on a check ( plus most likley a bounce fee at the bank)

    They can not cut or break a lock ( legally) but to be honest it will be their word against yours that there was a lock there after they cut it and carry it off.
