    First there is no grants just for felons, but there are grants for some types of business, and those going into some areas. If you will be providing a number of jobs, there are tax breaks and often other helps depending on again the number of people you will hire and the location

    Hey you think there is a grant for a small music venue?
    I would need to hire security people and a bartender or too
