    Find an old movie
    OK. I am looking for this movie from the 80's

    A guy gets onto a boat, in a tropical setting... falls hits his head or is otherwise knocked out, he awakes in a different time with pirates and high seas adventures... at one point he sword fights a ship captain or pirate in a mansion stairwell-ish scene.. it was pg or pg 13 rated, and made for kids I would guess, as I remember it being a little corny, the main character, is blond with curlyish hair... if memory serves, I could be wrong about that.

    In the scene where he falls, I think there is a guy and some girls on the boat, the guy is being a jerk,. but in the alternate reality, he wakes up in... the jerk guy is the pirate, and the girls need rescued.

    Its all a Little fuzzy

    It sounds like The Pirate Movie, although that was a girl who got knocked out, not a boy. Although her love interest was a boy with curly blond hair.
