I strongly suggest you take your pet to the vet..

    1. the animal is in pain.
    2. has not eaten or drank in 24 hours.

    There's something wrong..

    Seek a vet.

There are too many things that could be wrong for us to diagnose...
It could be an actual injury like a slipped disc in the back or it could be something genetic like hip displaysia, it could even be bloat or just a tummy bug.

Time to go to the vet to find out the cause.
