    Tenant vs tenant
    I live on the first floor of my unit. The tenants upstairs are driving me crazy. They sleep all day and walk all night. They not only walk, they stomp. We have had a sit down meeting with the rent office and since that meeting, things have gotten worse. Police have been called and they say it is nothing they can do. We have gone back to the rent office and complained more, but nothing has been done. The previous tenant moved out of this apartment for the same reason. They have numerous complaints due to a person living there going door to door begging for cigarettes at all hours of the night. We have asked for another apartment, but there is nothing available right now. I have a chronic illness and gets very tired, but I am unable to rest because of them. What can I do?
