    MAKARI how to combat acne
I've heard people had a lot of good experience with makari besides it giving everybody acne. I remember a while back somebody on the brighteksin forum had a regimen while using makari that helped them not have problems with pimples or acne. Does anybody know what I should be doing to fight the acne or stop it before they start popping up. Also, is the night cream or day cream better then the caviar when it comes to breakouts.

When I use makari, I use retin A to help with the spots. I also do not use it every day and avoid the caviar, which I think really causes the problems although I think in my own experience they all gave me spots.

I am also trying to fight body acne, specially on back. Soaking in sea salt water (not common salt) tub for 20-30 minutes seems to have helped lots of people (try Google search). Dead sea salt is best but more expensive and difficult to find. I am going to try with epsom salt that I got from walmart pharmacy.

Retin A will definitely help if you can put up with the flaking...

No, it has to be ordered since it's usually a product that needs a prescription, but you can get it without prescription.

Retin-a should work well with the acne, I used to use papaya kojic soap as well since they exfoliate. I still got acne once in a while w/ makari night crème, I believe it was from the hydrogenated oils which can clog pores and the silicones they use which do not penetrate through the skin. I agree, stay away from the caviar, the night crème worked just as fast for me as the caviar and the day crème did. They all lightened me well, but I prefer the night crème because the jar is much much larger, the day crème is really small, and the caviar is the smallest. I did get a bump or 2 and no breakouts. For those I used a spot treatment, also drink lots of water and limit greasy food.
